Job Summary: We are seeking a Lifeguard Instructor to ensure optimal swimming pool usage conditions and protect users' safety and well-being, while also supporting compliance with internal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal swimming pool usage conditions. 2. Protect users' safety and well-being. 3. Respond to dangerous situations that may harm users. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS: \-Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences, Sports Training, or related field. \-Valid Professional Lifeguard certification and/or Aquatic Rescue, CPR, or First Aid certification. \-Minimum 1 year of experience as a lifeguard. \-Availability for the afternoon shift (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM). RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Ensure optimal swimming pool usage conditions. \-Protect users' safety and well-being during their time in the area. \-Supervise classes taught by instructors. \-Provide assistance and respond to dangerous situations that may harm users. \-Support users' compliance with internal regulations. You will receive: \-Base salary paid biweekly. \-Statutory benefits from day one. \-Social Security coverage. \-Vacation days in accordance with the law. \-Vacation bonus. \-Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo).
