If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and seeking job stability with direct employment, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** Iztapalapa Borough, CDMX (a few blocks from Escuadrón 201 Metro Station\). **Job Objective:** Maintain our facilities (administrative offices and production areas) in optimal conditions of hygiene, order, and cleanliness, ensuring a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for all staff and visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive cleaning:** Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of offices, common areas, restrooms, and production plant zones. * **Surface care:** Disinfect desks, furniture, floors, windows, and high-contact areas. * **Waste management:** Empty and sort trash bins, ensuring proper disposal into designated containers. * **Supply control:** Promptly report shortages of cleaning supplies to ensure continuous availability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure correct usage, dosage, and secure storage of chemical products and cleaning tools. * Strictly comply with the company’s established safety and hygiene standards. * Maintain **discretion and confidentiality**, and show respect when working near office documents or equipment. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary or junior high school. * **Skills:** Punctuality, **honesty**, service orientation, and attention to detail. * **Documentation:** Valid official identification documents (INE, RFC, NSS, proof of address). **Letters of employment recommendation are required.** **What We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $10,200 MXN gross. * **Food vouchers:** $1,000 MXN per month. * **Statutory benefits from day one:** IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and vacation premium. * **Direct employment by the company:** No intermediaries (no outsourcing); seniority accrues from day one. * **Job stability** and an excellent work environment. **Schedule:** * **Shift:** Monday to Friday, **6:00 AM to 4:00 PM** If you meet the profile and are interested in this vacancy, apply through this channel.
