Assistance and accompaniment to the insured throughout the process TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CLAIMS ADJUSTER – CDMX (ÁLVARO OBREGÓN) A major bank is currently seeking: AUTOMOBILE CLAIMS ADJUSTER. Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, negotiation ability, responsibility, stress tolerance, and professional appearance. Main Responsibilities: · Immediate response to traffic accidents. · On-site incident follow-up and conflict resolution. · Determination of responsibilities according to the liability guidelines. · Compilation and preparation of case files. · Assistance and accompaniment to the insured throughout the process. · Reporting and documentation of incidents. Requirements: · Minimum age: 25 years. · Minimum education: Completed undergraduate degree. · Experience in customer service, field operations, or claims handling (preferred). · Flexible availability for work hours. · Favorable credit bureau report. · Valid claims adjuster license.
