If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-generation technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **Position Objective** --------------------------- Manage and ensure compliance with the maintenance contract in accordance with the policies and procedures defined between Volvo and the customer, and ensure compliance with activities corresponding to each unit. **Responsibilities** --------------- * Be responsible for the workshop and its assigned personnel. * Participate in continuous improvement activities through institutional Organizational Development programs to optimize human and material resources for proper management of the maintenance contract, where applicable. * Manage the entire process of executing established maintenance services. * Ensure workload distribution and balancing among technicians. * Coordinate roadside assistance for units under operational responsibility. * Ensure communication between sites to manage operational support (roadside assistance, service vehicle, technical personnel, etc.), except for parts-related matters. * Handle and manage incoming calls via 01, VAS, and roadside assistance needs for units. * Supervise that work is executed in accordance with the maintenance planning (Prompt) and authorized customer requirements. * Ensure consistency of the training plan, its implementation, and identification of the workshop personnel’s career development plan jointly with P\&C. * Manage the process or guidelines for authorizing work exceeding amounts not covered by preventive maintenance.
