Job Summary: A leading chemical industry company is seeking a Sales Executive to market chemical products, plan customer visits, and follow up on requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Market analysis and competitor monitoring A leading chemical industry company requires: **Sales Executive** Age: 25 years or older Gender: Unrestricted Valid driver's license required Intern or graduate: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sells high-quality chemical products, striving to exceed customer expectations through a continuous improvement approach while preserving workers' physical integrity and health, and protecting the environment. Plans customer visits, establishing objectives to promote our products and services. Provides the Accounts Receivable and Billing departments with the necessary legal and administrative client information to register them in the Infosfera system. Handles and follows up on customer requests regarding (orders, advisory support, technical service, delivery status, sample requests, training on safe use and handling of chemical products). Generates orders in the Infosfera system according to customer requests, verifying that they are scheduled by the Traffic Manager and meet specific delivery requirements in the system. Sends daily delivery status updates to customers; any changes must be communicated in advance. Requests travel allowances from the Sales Assistant when conducting external customer visits. Is responsible for completing and submitting in-person visit reports for customers and prospects via the Infosfera system. Sends and tracks quotations provided to customers as evidence of acceptance of negotiated sales terms and/or price modifications. Manages Purchase Orders, reconciliations with customers, and outstanding balances per Purchase Orders. Submits contracts, promissory notes, and/or commercial agreements executed with customers to the Treasury department. Follows up on profitable public tenders for the company. Collaborates with the Sales Management team to prepare and analyze annual-monthly sales forecasts. Monitors competitor activities to identify potential threats. Participates in accounts receivable management and portfolio recovery.
