Sales Analyst

Do you enjoy overseeing orders and ensuring everything goes perfectly? We are looking for someone who guarantees that each sale is executed correctly—from system entry to delivery. What will you do on a daily basis? * Enter and track orders in the system * Ensure orders are complete, delivered on time, and correctly invoiced * Identify and resolve issues (pricing, quantities, deliveries) * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams * Provide visibility into pending or at-risk orders * What are we looking for? * 3\+ years of experience in order administration, control center, or operational customer service * REAL experience tracking orders (not just customer support) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables are a plus) * Experience using ERP or order management systems * Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven profile What will make you stand out * Experience managing high order volumes * Experience handling issues, returns, or credit notes * Collaboration with operational teams (warehouse/logistics) We offer * Integrated salary: $13,000 \+ $2,000 bonus and meal vouchers * Statutory benefits \+ \[extras] * Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday * Work location: 5 minutes from Ferrería metro station, Azcapotzalco, CDMX Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * On-site cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
