Committed to medical excellence, patient safety, and talent development. **Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST** **Requirements**: **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with degree certificate and professional license** **Availability for immediate interview and onboarding** **Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable** **Responsibilities:** * Validate, record, and manage the supplier invoice payment process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax requirements, and established payment timelines. * Administer advance, reimbursement, and expense verification requests from internal users, ensuring proper documentation control and correct accounting treatment. * Monitor and reconcile supplier account statements, identifying discrepancies, outstanding items, and ensuring accurate balance reporting. * Provide telephone and email support and advisory services to suppliers and internal departments, resolving inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and administrative processes. * Prepare reports, financial analyses, and databases to support month-end closing, audits, and tracking of accounts payable key performance indicators. * Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, and Warehouse departments to ensure efficient financial information flow and effective payment management. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Rotating Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary of $20,000 Statutory benefits.
