Quality Inspector

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the quality of materials and products, including identification, recording, and tracking of non-conformities, as well as calibration of measuring equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages material and product quality. 2. Tracks non-conformities and corrective actions. 3. Maintains inventory and calibration of measuring equipment. · Prepare labels for PNC and PPNI identification; prepare PNC and PPNI records; review consistency of quality certificate information and release them; safeguard copies of issued quality certificates; send non-conformity notifications to suppliers when materials fail to meet requirements; record evaluation of each material delivery in the Material Receiving Log; supervise that materials returned to suppliers are identified as PNC or PPNI and stored in designated areas; manage, maintain, and track the inventory of measuring equipment and issue responsibility letters for equipment assigned to operators; release supplier transportation documentation; · Maintain records of returns and rejections; implement and track the Annual Calibration Program; · Maintain, update, and track the Non-Conformity indicator; · Report any non-compliance with PPR implementation during inspections; · Maintain and track the corrective action follow-up log; send customer satisfaction surveys upon closure of corrective actions; · Report PPNI detection immediately; participate in root cause analysis of actions proposed within the area, and execute and track resulting action plan items.
