




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll, in compliance with legal, tax, and internal company policies. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance to employees regarding their payments **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and payment for employees, in compliance with legal, tax, and internal company policies. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation and calculation of payroll (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Calculation of earnings, deductions, taxes, and contributions. Registration, termination, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Incident tracking (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, etc.). Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). Calculation of severance payments and settlements. Management of SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems. Payroll vs. accounting reconciliation. Addressing employee inquiries regarding their payments. Fulfillment of payroll-related tax obligations. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of payroll experience. Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI). Skills: Attention to detail. Organizational skills. Confidentiality.
