**Maintenance Workshop ManagerGeneral Information** **Position Title:** Maintenance Workshop Manager **Gender:** Indifferent **Required Age:** 30 to 50 years old **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field **Work Location:** Tabla Honda, Tlalnepantla **Salary:** $18,000 to $20,000 per month **Benefits:** Statutory **Job Objective** Ensure efficient workshop operations by supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing proper vehicle functionality, compliance with quality standards, and effective coordination of technical staff and operators. **Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose mechanical faults in diesel engines, especially **CUMMINS**. * Supervise and track **service orders**. * Develop, implement, and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance programs**. * Coordinate with the logistics department for **vehicle scheduling**. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and proper operation within workshop facilities. * Handle and manage **external roadside assistance** when vehicles experience failures en route. * Interact and coordinate with **external workshops** for specialized services. * Monitor and control **maintenance KPIs**. * Supervise appropriate use of tools, equipment, and resources assigned to the workshop. * Lead and manage **technicians, mechanics, and operators** in the department. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Diesel engines, preferably **CUMMINS**. * Trailer and dolly systems. * Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of mechanical faults. * Preventive and corrective maintenance processes. * Operational indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and vehicle availability. * General knowledge of workshop regulations and safety standards. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and management of technical personnel. * Effective communication. * Decision-making ability under pressure. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Sense of urgency. * Discipline and adherence to processes.
