Del Valle, Benito Juárez, CDMX (On-site). **Salary:** $25,000 Gross monthly. **Bonuses:** \+$3,000 productivity bonus. **Employment Scheme:** Assimilated / Fee-based. **Job Objective** Analyze, document, and optimize organizational processes using continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and alignment with business strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and document current processes (**AS\-IS**) and design optimized models (**TO\-BE**). * Process modeling using specialized tools (**Visio** mandatory). * Identify improvement opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction initiatives. * Gather information from key *stakeholders* and facilitate analysis sessions. * Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and executive documentation. * Monitor implementation and measure the impact of implemented improvements. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Industrial or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** as a Process Analyst or similar role. * **Technical Experience:** AS\-IS and TO\-BE process mapping (verifiable). * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Microsoft Visio** (Mandatory).
