Opportunity to work autonomously with strategic vision. **HR Coordinator** Energy Sector – Cogeneration Plants Base Location: Miguel Hidalgo (Observatorio) A growing energy-sector company is looking for a professional to structure, consolidate, and manage its Human Resources department. We are a small company operating both at plant sites and a corporate office; therefore, we seek a proactive, organized, discerning, and autonomous individual capable of bringing structure and strategic vision to the HR function. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferably graduated). Minimum 3 years of comprehensive HR experience. Experience in industrial, technical, or operational environments (preferred). Solid knowledge of: Federal Labor Law. Labor legal framework. Regulations and obligations regarding training and development. Industrial safety standards and guidelines. Experience managing operational staff. Ability to travel to plants in Tizayuca and Cuautitlán (scheduled visits). Residence no more than 1 hour from the work location. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and selection of technical and administrative personnel. * Comprehensive administration of the employee lifecycle. * Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with relevant authorities. * Incident tracking and support in payroll processes. * Handling and follow-up on complaints, concerns, and labor-related matters. * Implementation of climate surveys, performance evaluations, and action plan follow-up. * Coordination of training programs and compliance with legal obligations. * Updating and maintaining job descriptions. * Designing internal communication strategies and strengthening organizational culture. * Support in disciplinary matters, compliance, and labor relations. * Monitoring key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance). * Administration of a team of approximately 20 employees (on-site and remote).
