Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a business technical analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, design systems and processes, and document requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Highlights: 1. Functional and technical analysis to bridge business and technology. 2. Design of scalable and flexible modules and workflows. 3. Collaboration with technical teams for design implementation. Knowledge/Experience * Experience working as a business technical analyst, systems analyst, or similar role. * Functional and technical analysis * Bridging business and technology areas * Knowledge of microservices and Swagger * Database knowledge * Process mapping and diagramming * Reviewing interface contracts and proposing functional designs. * Tracking requirements and performing functional testing. * Understanding of the business and clearly grasping the organization's actual needs in alignment with business strategy and initiatives. * Requirement control and management, specifying them with sufficient quality and detail to ensure subsequent process participants can perform their work effectively.Activities Activities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear system and process designs. * Design internal modules and workflows considering scalability and flexibility. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of designs. * Document processes, system logic, and requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences**.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ciudad de México, CDMX
