Job Summary: Coordinate strategies to ensure sales performance, maximize Sell-Out, and manage communication and implementation of activations. Key Highlights: 1. Developing strategies to achieve Sell-In and Sell-Out results. 2. Maximizing Sell-Out by identifying areas of opportunity. 3. Leading and training teams of at least 30 people. • Developing strategies that guarantee achievement of the proposed Sell-In and Sell-Out objectives for the various retail chains within the candidate's division. • Maximizing Sell-Out based on identification of opportunity areas in Training, Inventory, and Flooring across the various retail chains under the candidate's responsibility. • Communicating, executing, and reporting evidence of implementation for various strategies and/or activations. • Age: 28 to 40 years old. • Gender: Unrestricted. • Marital status: Unrestricted. • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Marketing, or related field). • Professional appearance. • Knowledge of technology (preferred: Electronics and/or Home Appliances). • Minimum 3 years of experience as a coordinator, preferably in a role similar to Operations Manager. • Experience interacting with corporate personnel (KAM, Trade Marketing, etc.). • People management experience with at least 30 direct reports. • Team development. . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Specialization 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 18 and 40 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Strategy, Microsoft Excel, Execution Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, administrator
