Ignacio Zaragoza 1527, Tepalcates, Iztapalapa, 09210 Ciudad de México, CDMX Responsibilities: In charge when Store Manager and Assistant Manager are unavailable. Responsible for platform opening. Responsible for ensuring petty cash funds. Responsible for sales results during assigned shift. Responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets for the assigned shift. Responsible for verifying compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards inside and outside the store. Update daily inventory records. Ensure and monitor bank deposits. Assist Manager and Assistant Manager in scheduling shifts. Assist Manager and Assistant Manager in placing Raw Material orders. Support implementation of scheduled promotions according to Krispy Kreme® strategic guidelines. Properly check and document all goods received during the shift. Ensure compliance with daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Responsible for following correct security and verification procedures when handling financial deposits made through a third party (adhere to deposit policy). Share responsibility with Manager and Assistant Manager for safety measures during opening and closing shifts. Monitor bread delivery reception and system documentation. Assist in executing action plans in response to monthly audits together with the store supervisor. Co-responsible for audit results.
