**Ethical Integrated System Analyst**
**Responsibilities**
* Manage complaints received through the Internal Complaints System.
* Classify and route complaints according to their nature.
* Monitor action plans for complaints.
* Prepare periodic reports for case analysis and follow-up process evaluation.
* Update the Investigators database and ensure proper authorization.
* Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Complaints System.
* Provide feedback to departments regarding substantiated complaints to establish an action plan.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Criminology, or related field.
* 1 year of experience in Personnel Administration – HR.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI.
