### **Job Objective** Achieve at least 95% compliance with the annual preventive maintenance program, with the aim of extending the service life of hospital facilities, mechanical equipment, and furniture. This ensures patients continuous and safe operation of hospital facilities. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment. * Respond to service requests promptly and effectively to resolve reported failures. * Perform routine rounds across facilities to identify potential failures or hazards. * Adhere to hospital regulations and standards, and use provided resources appropriately. * Coordinate comprehensive facility assessments in accordance with the annual maintenance program. * Inspect facilities following incidents, renovations, or construction. * Actively participate in scheduled emergency drills. * Support implementation of the Internal Civil Protection Program. ### **Shifts:** * Morning shift * Afternoon shift * Night shift
