The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with Mexican tax regulations, and transparency in financial reporting. Responsibilities * Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and expense control. * Implement and strengthen internal control systems. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations before the Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Manage internal and external audits. * Support senior management in strategic decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (degree and professional license preferred). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Controller or in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of NIF, Mexican tax legislation, and SAT compliance requirements. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems. * Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
