A leading company in the motorcycle parts sector is seeking an **ACCOUNTING ANALYST.** **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. \- **DEGREE REQUIRED.** Experience: 1 – 3 years as Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, etc. Knowledge: * General accounting knowledge (a plus if familiar with imports) * Inventory and warehouse knowledge * Intermediate Excel skills: (able to create charts, data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and reports) * Intermediate Excel * ERP: SAP Skills * Frustration tolerance * Communication skills * Active listening * Persuasive * Dynamic **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Collect and review import invoices, verify information, and provide feedback to the import team in case of errors 2\. Record related invoices in SAP and verify that the order is physically received before performing the accounting entry. 3\. Prepare and send material inbound and outbound reports, transfers to the General Management department 4\.
