(CANDIDATES WITH SIGNIFICANT WORK EXPERIENCE OR EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE LABOR RELATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) \- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field (preferably with degree certification). \- Basic experience in labor relations (NOT recruitment) within companies, distribution centers, factories, etc. (internships or social service are acceptable). \- Knowledge of: Federal Labor Law, handling of attendance incidents, medical leaves, labor conciliations, application of disciplinary actions and administrative minutes, resolution of operational staff inquiries, calculation of severance payments and settlements. **Responsibilities:** \- Support in administrative termination processes. \- Preparation and control of labor documentation. \- Support in calculating severance payments under supervision. \- Support in conciliation boards and resolution of labor disputes. \- Ensure employees comply with the Internal Work Regulations. \- Locker administration and control. \- Apply disciplinary actions for violations or non-compliance. \- Track contract renewals. \- Deliver onboarding training to new employees regarding the Internal Work Regulations. **Work Location: Prof. Cristóbal Higuera, 52940, Atizapán de Zaragoza, Méx.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Benefits: * Cafeteria service with discount * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
