Forums Manager

Description

We are seeking a Forums Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of our forums, congresses, expos, and commercial events. We seek a candidate with proven experience in **high-level corporate events**, expos, congresses, business forums, and networking activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute IMT’s annual events calendar. * Coordinate forums such as Global, Summit, Monterrey Congress, Guadalajara Congress, and additional events. * Define sponsorship costs and packages. * Communicate commercial packages to the sales team. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate event venues. * Negotiate and coordinate suppliers for staging, audio, video, catering, furniture, technology, security, and logistics. * Coordinate sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, partners, and suppliers. * Develop the event program and minute-by-minute schedule. * Coordinate media, communications, and event promotion. * Supervise operations before, during, and after each event. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience organizing corporate events, expos, congresses, or commercial forums. * Experience negotiating with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and partners. * Experience managing budgets and coordinating logistics. * Spoken English. * Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * **Desirable experience in Contact Center, BPO, Customer Experience,** technology, or business services. * Availability to travel and work outside regular hours during events. **Important:** This position is not intended for wedding planning, social events, parties, or family events. **We Offer:** * Career growth * 100% payroll-based compensation plus statutory benefits * Excellent work environment If you are interested in this position, please send your CV via **WhatsApp 551442 2905** Salary: $40,000.00 \- $45,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation Work Location: On-site employment
