Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Bartender with experience working under pressure for Deigo Ramen & Sushi, responsible for beverage preparation, inventory management, and maintaining their work area. We are looking for a full-time Bartender to join our Deigo Ramen \& Sushi team in Napoles, Benito Juárez. Candidates must be proactive and experienced in high-pressure environments. **Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary of $10,005\.60 * Weekly tips * Bi-weekly payment * 8-hour shifts * Staff meal service * Additional discounts of 10\-70% on select hotels, English courses, and more * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Prepare base recipes, syrups, juices, and fruit dehydrations following recipes specified by the bar manager. * Full knowledge of the menu. * Commit to attending all company-required or designated training courses and workshops. * Store prepared items according to the bar manager’s instructions, labeling them using the FIFO method (storage occurs in locations already assigned by the chef). * Receive suppliers, verifying prices, brand names, and quantities ordered during your shift (sign delivery receipt). * Store products delivered by suppliers (groceries, liquors, beers, and vegetables) in their designated locations. * Prepare and serve cocktails as required by restaurant operations (e.g., when the restaurant experiences high customer traffic or when the bar manager is off-duty). * Maintain constant cleanliness in your work area and tools (shaker tins, mixing spoons, citrus juicers, blenders, etc.). * Responsible for supplying glassware to your station during service, transporting it from the dishwashing area to the bar. **Requirements:** * 2 years of relevant experience * Immediate availability * Flexibility to rotate shifts: 11:00–19:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 17:30–01:30 * Valid official documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS, birth certificate) * 1 professional reference **Interested candidates: Apply now and we’ll call or message you.** Discrimination is strictly prohibited at this establishment.
