We are looking to bring on board a Sales Development Representative for our commercial team. Position Objective: Be the spark that ignites opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. Execute the defined commercial strategy to close deals with companies having headcounts between 100 and 1,000 employees. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect target companies within specific market segments. Qualify leads using strategic questions to identify needs and level of interest. Initiate initial contact with prospects via calls, emails, and personalized messages. Transfer qualified leads to the sales team (Account Executives) in an organized and effective manner. Maintain up-to-date CRM records with key prospect information and activities performed. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and achieve shared objectives. · General Activities: Prospecting database generation, cold outreach, and integration of prospecting databases. Identification of new companies within the assigned territory. Lead qualification. Contacting prospects until reaching the decision-maker. Delivering the initial presentation of TotalPass services. Interacting with and assigning leads to the commercial executive. Updating the commercial CRM to ensure visibility for the team.
