Work Mode: On-site with hybrid arrangement (Remote work starting from the 4th month) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About the Role We seek a **Systems Implementer** focused on technological support and implementation, who contributes to process improvement, system optimization, and delivering efficient solutions to internal users. This role is ideal for candidates with solid technical foundations and strong interest in learning, participating in projects, and growing within the IT area. Main Responsibilities * Implement system enhancements and configurations (forms, workflows, modules). * Address and resolve technical incidents, prioritizing based on impact. * Monitor proper operation of applications and systems. * Collaborate with various departments to translate business needs into technological solutions. * Participate in process automation and optimization projects. * Generate technical documentation and user manuals. * Track support tickets and requests. Technical Requirements * 1–3 years of professional experience. * Knowledge of operating systems (intermediate Windows, basic Linux). * Foundational web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Database knowledge (basic SQL: queries, joins, updates). * Basic understanding of networking (IP, connectivity, diagnostics). * Experience in technical support and troubleshooting. * Basic knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON). * Proficiency with administrative tools (Office or similar). Academic Background * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
