Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise production operations, ensuring timely order execution and compliance with quality and hygiene policies. Key Highlights: 1. Anomaly detection and compliance with quality and hygiene policies. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Manufacturing experience required) **Responsibilities:** * Receive, address, and resolve operational requirements by assigning personnel according to workload. * Review and track work orders, ensuring their timely and proper execution. * Coordinate with the Inventory Department for timely delivery of required raw materials and source products for production. * Complete operational logs and submit relevant information to the Operations Manager. * Identify and report non-conforming products, material losses, and any operational anomalies. * Comply with and enforce quality, food safety, and good hygiene practices. * Experience in the food industry **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration. * Experience: 1–2 years as a supervisor or line leader. * Personnel management skills and logical-mathematical thinking. * Leadership, results orientation, ability to work under pressure, and accountability. * Availability to rotate across three shifts. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Direct employment contract * Benefits package * Emotional salary * Job stability * Work location: Tepotzotlán, Parque La Teja Interested candidates please send CV via WhatsApp to 5629885864 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
