Hotel Fontan Reforma is looking for your talent to join its team as a Maintenance Assistant **Job Objective** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for hotel facilities, ensuring proper operation of equipment, guest rooms, and common areas. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform basic maintenance tasks (electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry). * Assist with preventive maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment. * Report malfunctions, defects, or hazards identified in the facilities. * Assist with installation and repair of furniture and equipment. * Maintain tools and the work area in good condition and order. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Secondary school or high school diploma. * **Experience:** General maintenance experience (preferably in hotels or buildings). * **Basic knowledge of:** * Electricity * Plumbing * Air conditioning (desirable) * Use of hand and power tools Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $10,100.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Staff cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
