Act as the liaison between business areas and IT teams to resolve incidents and support technology projects. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Billing Management:** * Ensure the correct flow of the billing process. * Generate tickets and escalate incidents to the IT support team. * Coordinate technical or non-technical solutions with the respective area champion. * Validate solution implementation and incident closure. **IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Control:** * Monitor the status of connections, billing printers, and site equipment. * Track infrastructure-related incidents (final responsibility lies with the IT Infrastructure team). * Ensure the availability of technological resources for operations. **Visibility and Reporting:** * Generate and provide visibility into KPIs related to billing processes. * Prepare periodic reports for management and decision-making. **Support for Technology Projects:** * Participate in projects involving technology and integration with IT. * Coordinate testing, validations, and implementation follow-up. ### **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** **Experience and Skills:** * Knowledge of system architecture and digital projects. * Experience implementing technology in logistics environments. * Proficiency in databases and information analysis tools. * Project management skills and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of cybersecurity standards. * Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. ### **LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES** * **Purpose & Service:** Works with purpose for the benefit of others. * **Personal Mastery:** Always brings his or her best self. * **Agility:** Constantly curious and courageous. * **Business Acumen:** Creates value across channels and customers. * **Talent Catalyst:** Develops and amplifies people's potential. * **Consumer Love:** Creates better futures for our consumers, every day. * **Passion for High Performance:** Inspires the energy needed to win and grow. ### **ARE YOU INTERESTED?** Submit your application via **Workday**, as email applications will not be processed.
