Knowledge of meat cuts and doneness levels. Availability to work until closing time. **Responsibilities** Prepare and cook meats on the grill (charcoal or gas). Control doneness levels (medium, medium-well, well-done, etc.). Marinate and portion meats. Assemble and present dishes according to standards.
