Use of tools for talent attraction A leading company in the retail sector — we are looking for your talent to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Experience in mass recruitment, covering approximately 70 stores * Willingness to travel to critical stores **Responsibilities:** * Identify potential candidates for store staffing, leveraging available tools for talent attraction. * Select the most suitable candidate by reviewing relevant job applications. * Conduct telephone, in-person, or video interviews, and, where applicable, verify employment references. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers **Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $16,300 GROSS * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM At Modatelas, your future is woven.
