




Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hotel facilities. * Respond to malfunction reports in guest rooms and common areas (plumbing, electricity, painting, basic carpentry). * Assist with periodic inspections of equipment, facilities, and operational areas. * Track and update maintenance logs. * Maintain tools and the work area in good condition. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: * Minimum experience in general maintenance (hotel experience preferred). * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and masonry. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Flexible schedule and availability to rotate shifts.
