Financial controls development and evaluation Leading International Hotel Company seeking a Finance Manager Work Modality: Remote work based in Mexico City or Guadalajara Main Responsibilities: Coordinate, supervise, and analyze daily accounting operations Manage cash flow and accounts payable Develop standardized controls and procedures, continuously evaluating them to ensure effectiveness and impact Implement control systems and conduct internal audits to prevent irregularities Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities Perform and analyze bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Coordinate and complete monthly and annual operational closings according to the company's established timelines Serve as advisor to Hotel Management and Owners Analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements Interview, hire, train, and evaluate team members under direct supervision Supervise team performance and foster professional development Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (verifiable) Hotel industry experience (preferred) Proficiency in accounting systems Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera / OnQ / PEP) preferred Current residence in Mexico City or Guadalajara Benefits: Remote work Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Professional and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities Interested candidates should submit an updated CV. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, regent
