Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. • Valid Class “B” driver’s license. • Knowledge of routes and highways in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area. • Experience in operational and field recruitment. • Proficiency in social media, job boards, and digital recruitment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. • Strong verbal communication skills, initiative, and proactive attitude. • Willingness to travel within CDMX and the metropolitan area. Responsibilities: • Field recruitment in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area. • Posting, leafleting, and promoting job openings. • Managing recruitment sources and channels. • Recruitment 3.0 and 4.0 via social media and digital platforms. • Publishing and updating job postings on employment portals. • Conducting initial screening interviews and candidate follow-up. • Supporting administrative tasks and file management.
