We are looking for the ideal candidate to join us in the position of: Human Resources Analyst. * Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields (graduate or certified). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, pre-payroll, client/company service, personalized employee service, and human resources. Preferably experience in HR consulting. * Excellent service attitude, organization, and discretion. Main responsibilities: * Perform payroll and pre-payroll. * Provide personalized attention to employees, resolving inquiries and channeling requests. * Compile, control, and safeguard personnel files. * Prepare, sign, and renew employment contracts. * Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. * Calculate severance payments and settlements. * Attend to clients, promoting a service-oriented culture.
