Main Responsibilities: Answer customer calls, emails, and requests clearly and courteously. Provide information on products, services, processes, and current promotions. Resolve incidents or escalate them to the appropriate department. Follow up on open cases until resolution. Maintain an updated customer database. Ensure a positive experience in every interaction. Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma Experience: 2 years in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication platforms (email, chat, CRM). Strong oral and written communication skills.
