We are currently recruiting: Infrastructure Technical Support Intern Requirements: * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Networks and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field—not necessarily completed. * Responsible, committed, self-taught, proactive individual who works toward objectives, eager to learn and gain experience. * Experience: Not required. * Availability of time. * Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems. * Basic knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance. * Interest in developing knowledge and skills in virtualization systems, Helpdesk, Backups, Cloud Computing, equipment maintenance, and vulnerability management. Responsibilities: * Complete courses related to the respective product brands. * Produce technical documentation. * Attend client meetings and installation services to gain exposure to the professional field. * Conduct laboratory practices to specialize in the following brands: Acronis, Panda, GFI, VMware, Synology, and Microsoft. * Generate reports. * Perform other duties related to the department.
