Active participation in architecture definition and execution Job Description: Technical Business Analyst / Fintech Solutions Designer A fintech company is looking for a hybrid profile combining business analysis, solution design, and client-facing management. This role is critical because there is no separation between client-facing activities and solution development: you will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into architecture, and supporting their execution with the development team. Important Note We seek candidates with current or recent experience in business analysis \+ solution design. This role is not a development position, but rather one involving continuous client interaction and architecture definition. Requirements: What will you do in this role? Gather and analyze requirements directly with internal and external clients Design viable (functionally and technically) technological solutions aligned with business objectives Develop technical proposals and participate in architecture definition Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams Support implementation to ensure requirement and SLA compliance Identify improvements and opportunities in existing solutions Align developments with security standards and best practices Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 2–3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst (with solution design experience), Solution Architect, or a hybrid role spanning development and design Direct client-facing experience (mandatory) Experience in solution design or architecture (not just technical execution) \- Mandatory (Candidates without demonstrable experience in this area will not be considered) Technical English Key Knowledge Areas **Modeling and Analysis:** UML, requirements elicitation Agile methodologies (Scrum) **Architecture:** SOA, service design, design patterns \- Mandatory **Databases:** SQL (Oracle, SQL Server or similar) General development knowledge (Java, JS or others) for technical discussions **Standards:** ITIL, ISO 27001, PCI (desirable) What Will Make You Stand Out Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Structured thinking and solution-oriented mindset Ability to translate between business ↔ technology Experience in environments where you define the solution—not merely execute it Offer **Salary:** $35,000–$40,000 gross monthly Statutory benefits Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Food vouchers Savings fund Hybrid work model Monday–Friday (3 days in office, 2 days remote) 2 years
