It also leads the planning and implementation of E\&C communication initiatives across other company functions. Additionally, it leads and tracks projects that continuously improve our daily work related to compliance with policies, procedures, and local regulations. The primary responsibilities of this position are: * Implement the E\&C Mexico communication campaign. * Coordinate E\&C Ambassadors programs. * Support the development/improvement of training programs such as: Onboardings, Initial Sales School, Initial Sales School Fair, and creation of engaging activities to communicate and/or train on topics including Ethics, Integrity, Transparency, Anti-Corruption, etc. * Develop projects enabling AI implementation for process monitoring. * Support the development of new E\&C Mexico initiatives and projects. * Implement, coordinate, and monitor the Innovation Committee. Skills and Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree candidate (from 6th semester onward). Relevant fields of study: Law, Finance (Accounting, Administration), Chemistry and Pharmacy (QFB), Marketing, Technology/IT (Bachelor’s or Engineering), Communications. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced English proficiency. * Ethical thinking and sound judgment. * Ability to identify risks. * Clear and structured communication. * Appropriate escalation (knowing when and to whom). * Attention to detail and practical sense. * Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment. * Strong organizational skills. * Accountability. * Leadership. * Innovation. * Teamwork.
