Recruiter: Rodolfo Ponce Position: Data Scientist Location: Mexico City Industry: Insurance Sector Your Responsibilities: Design and develop Data Scientist solutions (AI and advanced models) that integrate AI and data workflows on Azure, ensuring deliverables meet quality, scalability, and security standards to drive innovation and efficiency. Design and build advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in Python with a high degree of autonomy. Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data and propose value-driven hypotheses. Implement data pipelines and model deployment on Azure, applying MLOps best practices. Requirements and Technical Skills Evaluate and improve model performance using robust metrics. Develop executive dashboards to communicate high-impact findings. Translate technical results into business implications for key areas. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Advanced English proficiency. Experience with Python, DevOps (CI/CD), Machine Learning models, LLMs, Azure services (AI Search, Functions), and Agile methodologies. Skills: Ability to work under pressure, commitment to quality, and results-oriented mindset.
