**Are you tired of "HR" meaning only putting out payroll fires and nonstop recruiting?**
This position is different. Here, 100% of your energy goes toward what truly drives culture: development, talent, climate, and employee experience.
We seek someone who operates at the intersection: possessing the strategic vision to design OD initiatives aligned with both local and corporate strategy—and simultaneously the floor-level closeness needed to ensure those initiatives truly land with operational staff.
***What You Will Lead:***
* Organizational climate and culture strategies, including internal NPS and actionable plans that are actually executed
* Performance and potential evaluation cycles, along with resulting development plans
* Onboarding and alignment with corporate functions
* Training, events, and internal communications
* Occupational safety and hygiene, plus operation of evaluation tools
***Ideal Candidate Profile:***
* 3+ years in HR, ideally with proven experience in **organizational development or culture** (not generalist)
* Industrial sector background and exposure to operational staff: highly valued
* **Advanced English**—you’ll use it actively with corporate teams, not just for show
* **Union management experience**: you understand the landscape and build relationships—not merely survive negotiations
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
**What We Offer (and Why It’s Worth Your Move):**
* **MXN $30,000** gross monthly salary
* **Performance bonus up to 20%** (quarterly)
* Major medical expense insurance + life insurance
* Grocery vouchers · Savings fund · **30 days’ year-end bonus**
* Benefits exceeding statutory requirements
* Fixed schedule, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
If building culture with methodology and closeness is your strength—and you want a role where OD *is* the core work—we want to meet you.
