Responsibilities: * Handling calculations for Income Tax (ISR), Social Security Tax (ISN), and Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) * Validating calculations performed by the system * Participating in process improvements, automation, and optimization * Integrating and generating reports * Advanced Excel proficiency (an assessment will be conducted) Six-month project with high likelihood of extension Direct hiring by the company, including statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements Start date: Second week of January Requirements Accounting, Administration, or related degree Experience in payroll functions Knowledge of settlements, calculations, and severance pay Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
