SELANUSA is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals for the position of "CONTROL TOWER ANALYST". **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Gender: Not specified * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in TMS is mandatory * Knowledge of WMS is desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor routes and deliveries until completion * Load and plan routes in Drivin TMS * Monitor vehicles via Drivin TMS * Track orders in Blue Yonder * Validate delivery status (On-Time In-Full) * Identify and manage transit incidents * Handle rejections, returns, and cancellations * Monitor order recovery and rescheduling * Maintain communication with drivers and internal departments * Update delivery status and proof of delivery * Generate performance reports (logistics KPIs) * Ensure on-time delivery compliance * Support route and resource optimization **WE OFFER:** * Bi-weekly payments * Life insurance * Statutory benefits from day one * Discounts on our products * Work location: G.A.M.
