Responsibilities: \- Supervise and ensure the proper operation of assembly lines. \- Promote continuous improvement in production and service processes. \- Lead the work team by fostering organization and goal achievement. \- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and other company departments, as well as generate periodic reports on production performance. Requirements: \- Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience in a similar role. \- Technological high school degree in mechatronics, electromechanics, or related field (engineering degrees will be considered a plus). \- Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. \- Flexible availability. \- Frustration tolerance.
