High-level analytical and strategic development **Temporary Position as Demand Planner (Forecast as a Service)** Hybrid \| Mexico City / State of Mexico / Puebla / Querétaro / Toluca Consulting Project \| AAA Clients \| Value Chain \& Supply Chain We are a specialized Value Chain Consulting firm delivering strategic solutions to Supply Chain organizations for AAA clients in Mexico and internationally. We are currently seeking a highly analytical, fully bilingual **Demand Planner** to join a strategic project operating under a **Forecast as a Service (FaaS)** model within a PMO\-style structure. This role requires a strong quantitative mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to challenge commercial teams using data\-driven insights to drive accurate and value\-added forecasting. **Role Objective** To develop accurate, data\-driven demand plans that enhance forecast reliability and generate actionable insights, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop statistical forecasting models using historical and market data * Analyze trends, seasonality, and external variables impacting demand * Build scenario simulations and quantitative projections * Challenge commercial assumptions with data\-backed analysis * Drive forecast accuracy and bias control metrics * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams * Participate in IBP / S\&OP processes * Deliver executive\-level insights that influence strategic decisions **Ideal Profile** * Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field * Fully bilingual in English (mandatory – international client exposure) * Strongly **data\-driven and tool\-oriented** * Solid background in applied mathematics and statistical modeling * Experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analytics * Knowledge of IBP processes (highly desirable) * Preferred knowledge in advanced planning systems such as: SAP IBP, AERA, Forecast Pro, Demantra, SAP APO, Blue Yonder, or similar demand planning platforms **Core Competencies** * Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to influence stakeholders using data * Strong commercial and market understanding * Executive\-level communication * Results\-oriented and detail\-focused * Comfortable working with high\-profile AAA clients **Work Model** Hybrid model: 1 day per week onsite.
