Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** The Scientist in the HC Early Research team will lead and develop new technology initiatives for mid and long\-term innovation projects in the Home Care categories. The role involves conducting technical work on formulation fundamentals, utilizing specialized laboratory instruments, and collaborating with external partners to drive future innovations in Home Care. **Responsibilities:*** Conduct in\-depth research to illustrate the mechanism of action of new technologies. * Create deep fundamentals in relevant formulations and new developments. * Propose and develop new methodologies for proof of benefits in new product concepts. * Lead multidisciplinary projects and technology transfer process to product development teams. * Build people insights required to justify the exploration of new technologies and proposals of new concepts of products. * Communicate strategies and innovation proposals to business partners, senior management and cross category functions. * Maintain effective written records of experimental work and observations.
