Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and customer-service-oriented Night Supervisor to oversee nighttime operations and ensure the proper functioning of accommodations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the proper operation of properties during the night shift. 2. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and incidents. 3. Coordinate emergencies and verify access and protocols. **ALOJAMIENTOS MÉXICO (ALOMEX)** We are the first coliving housing chain in Mexico City’s downtown area, offering rentals via reservation apps. We are currently looking for: **NIGHT SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective:** We seek a responsible, proactive, and customer-service-oriented **Night Supervisor** to oversee the nighttime operations of our properties, ensuring the proper functioning of accommodations and timely assistance to guests and operational situations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper operation of properties during the night shift. * Handle guest requests, inquiries, or incidents. * Coordinate emergencies and follow up on operational reports. * Verify access, late check-ins, and protocol compliance. * Maintain constant communication with operational and administrative staff. * Prepare incident reports and daily follow-up reports. * Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and security as needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational supervision, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles. * Availability to work night shifts. * Basic proficiency with digital platforms and app-based communication. * Ability to resolve incidents quickly and effectively. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Prior experience in lodging, hospitality, or vacation rentals is preferred. * Minimum education: completed high school diploma. * Proficiency with apps such as (Airbnb, Booking, Travel) is preferred. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary between $12,000 and $14,000 * Monday through Sunday * Midweek day off * Night shift * Work location in municipalities adjacent to Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
