Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Support finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, registration, and control of shipments and inventory movements in the system, as well as compliance with commercial initiatives—guaranteeing order, traceability, and responsiveness to operational requirements. **Your Impact** As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities would include:* **Perform blind receipt of shipments**, verifying incoming goods per process and recording incidents where applicable. * **Receive products with quality defects** and **manage them in the system**, including their **write-off** per established procedure. * **Ensure complete fulfillment of commercial initiatives**, validating that shipments meet required specifications and quantities. * **Post loads in SAP**, accurately and timely recording warehouse movements to maintain up-to-date inventory. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** * 1 year of experience in **DCs (Distribution Centers)** * Completed high school or bachelor’s degree * **Basic SAP** (recording/querying movements related to receipts, shipments, and load posting). * **Basic Excel** (data entry, control, and handling of simple information). * **Effective communication** (follow-up with internal departments and operational coordination). * **Teamwork** (collaboration with operators, supervisors, and other departments). * **Adaptability** (flexibility to changing schedules, priorities, and operational needs).
