




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute international traffic operations (import and export), ensuring documentary, regulatory, and operational compliance for each shipment and maintaining communication with customers. OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and execute international traffic operations (import and export), ensuring documentary, regulatory, and operational compliance for each shipment, guaranteeing timelines, costs, effective customer communication, and adherence to customs procedures. Responsibilities: 1 Coordinate international shipments (import/export). 2 Perform end-to-end tracking of operations. 3 Validate logistics documentation (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List). 4 Coordinate customs clearance with customs agents. 5 Manage bookings with shipping lines and airlines. 6 Monitor transit times and deliveries. 7 Maintain communication with customers. 8 Coordinate ground transportation. 9 Resolve operational incidents. 10 Verify regulatory compliance. 11 Update internal systems (TMS/ERP). 12 Generate operational reports. 13 Control logistics costs. 14 Coordinate with warehouses. 15 Manage documentation for customs clearance. 16 Track final deliveries. 17 Meet customer KPIs and SLAs. 18 Coordinate with internal departments (sales, classification, accounting).
