End-to-end store operations management We are **COLECTIVO MODA**, a 100% Mexican footwear company that brings together the best of fashion. **Location: Tlalnepantla Centro** As Assistant Store Manager for **Trender, VAZZA, Marcha or Flexi**, you will be the store manager’s right-hand person, with key responsibilities including: * Team leadership (5 staff members): supervision, development, and motivation. * Sales promotion: achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets. * Cash handling: daily opening, reconciliation, and closing. * Inventory management: ordering, receiving, and stock control. * Customer service: ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience. * Operational support: maintaining store operations in line with brand standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail or footwear stores in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or similar positions. * Minimum high school diploma; incomplete bachelor’s degree or related studies preferred. * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends. * Proficiency in cash handling, reporting, and inventory control. * Proactive profile with leadership qualities, results orientation, and excellent communication skills. **We Offer** * Base salary * **Statutory benefits** from day one * Monthly food vouchers * Bonus/incentives for target achievement and **weekly sales commissions** * In-store footwear discounts * Ongoing training and real opportunities for advancement to Store Manager or other positions. * A dynamic and close-knit work environment within a locally focused retail company.
