The purpose of the **Construction Supervisor** is to supervise daily project work scope operations in collaboration with the Construction Superintendent. Their discretionary authority includes supervising contractors involving safety resources, labor, equipment, and materials—aimed at achieving timely project delivery.**Requirements:** * Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field, with experience in mining construction projects. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in development and construction of mining projects and multidisciplinary construction facilities. * Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years. * Ability to interpret construction and mining engineering drawings. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project, and/or project management software. * English (desirable). * Excellent communication and performance management skills. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * English (not mandatory). **Responsibilities:** The Construction Supervisor’s focus lies on key elements for the ML project team: 100% of their time is dedicated to on-site project supervision.**Working with the contractor to ensure daily safe project execution** 1. Verification and review of the execution plan methodology to confirm its correctness. 2. Monitoring contractor performance against work execution schedules. 3. Coordination with various operational, safety, and environmental departments to ensure work execution and compliance with safety, schedule, quality, and cost requirements.**Working with the contractor to achieve planned schedule performance against baseline.** 1. Participation in daily and weekly planning with the contractor. 2. Verification that the schedule is being followed. 3. Review of weekly schedule updates to confirm their accuracy. 4. Compliance with standards and safety policies. Management of safe work procedures. 5. Development of skills and capabilities among personnel under supervision. **Monitoring progress and performance using proactive, positive continuous improvement methods** 1. Participation in daily planning to optimize and manage area-specific activities. 2. Certification of personnel and equipment competencies and classifications. 3.
