We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Analysis, documentation, execution of business requirements, and project tracking Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Analyzing and documenting functional requirements. * Managing internal projects. * Reporting progress and/or status per project. * Identifying and mitigating risks. * Interacting with Architecture, Development, and QA teams. * Analyzing, developing, and/or updating processes. * Building process diagrams. * Requirements clarification sessions. * Daily and monthly activity reporting. * Reviewing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) during project releases, when required. * Project management and leadership. **Specific Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Years of experience: 3 years. * Areas of expertise: + Process logic Business Process Analysis + Standardization, harmonization, and presentation of processes using modeling tools + Proficiency in BPMN standard (AS\-IS and TO\-BE diagrams) + Proposals for process improvement / reengineering (desirable) + Experience and/or knowledge in functional requirements analysis + Experience in project management and project lifecycle + Experience as a business/functional analyst Required knowledge: + Proficiency in Bizagi, Visio, and Project + Experience with SOAP services * Languages: Intermediate English * Willingness to travel: No * Willingness to relocate: No At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
